Back in Rhode Island

This morning I added some distance to my running from this week. I ran 2.07 miles. I took my usual path for walking the dogs. It is a pretty brutal run considering the distance. Lots of very steep ups and downs. One especially steep down. This just tears up the quads. I ran somewhere between 16 and 17 minutes. It was a good run. Going to add probably two more miles tomorrow.

So this week I totaled just over 7 miles of running, but it is good to be able to run again.
